Pre Diabetes is when blood sugar is elevated, but not high enough to
be diagnosed as diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is caused by toxic engineered fats and
oils, and cured by consuming natural versions. Cows milk and vaccinations have
been implicated in type 1 diabetes; cures may be available.
About 41 million Americans from age 40 to 74 have pre diabetes. Research has
shown that some long term damage may be occurring. If you have pre diabetes, and
you take steps to correct it, you can prevent diabetes from coming on.
Symptoms
Insulin resistance and pre diabetes usually have no symptoms. You may have
one or both conditions for several years and not notice anything. With a severe
form of insulin resistance, you might get dark patches of skin, usually on the
back of the neck, but sometimes a dark ring around the neck. Dark patches can
occur on the knees, knuckles, elbows, and armpits. This is called acanthosis
nigricans.
Testing for pre diabetes
To determine if you have pre diabetes, a doctor can perform two tests. The
Fasting Plasma Glucose Test, or the Oral Glucose Tolerance Test. The blood
glucose levels after these tests will tell you if you are normal, have pre
diabetes, or diabetes.
